Q: How many pictures do you capture?
A: We take 3-5 pictures depending on angle and conditions. We try and capture as much as possible.

Q: What are your prices? How many times do you take photos?
A: Prices here and we offer monthly and bi-weekly services.

Q: What days are photos taken?
A: Photos are a typically taken on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It can vary depending on weather and the days are at our discretion.

Q: Are the photos current? When do I get a notification?
A: Yes! When you receive an e-mail notification it is often seconds after the photos is taken. Uploading occurs first and then an instant e-mail is sent to your e-mail address on the spot. If you would like to change this e-mail let us know. The photos are almost real-time photos seconds after we capture them. We will never reuse a photo. All photos are unique.

A: Many centrally located counties in Oklahoma.

Q: Who will see my photos? Are they private?
A: Only you the paying customer and Propeek will have access. We value your privacy. We will never share our images, sell our images, or any of your information.

Q: Do you enter private property?
A: In most instances no. We stay on public property. We will not step on private property including grass. We will enter private property if given express written consent. An example would be storm damage photographs. If your property has a tenant or occupant we will not knock on the door, disturb, or bother them. We will respect their privacy. Contact us if there are issues.

Q: Can I use this service anonymously?
A: Yes you can. We do not care. As long as you are using our services for lawful purposes we are okay. Do not use our service to intimidate or stalk another individual.

Q: Are you a property management company?
A: No we are not. We work with individuals including property management companies to address their needs.

Q: What type of customers do you provide a service for?
A: Individuals who own several homes, properties, banks, cities, municipalities, vacationers, law-enforcement and more.

Q: Can I tag photos as a customer? Can I delete tags?
A: Yes you can. Tag away and make sure and save. Yes you can delete tags. They will stay there forever unless you delete them.

Q: How do I create a tag?
A: Click on the picture and click the circle. Remember to save your tag.

Q: How do I comment about a photo taken?
A: For paying customers reply and leave a comment on the post and a Propeek representative will respond within 48 hours.

Q: How long do you keep photos?
A: Two years and then they are deleted. You are free to download them yourself for your keeping.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: For paying customers under My Account you have the option.

Q: Is this a recurring service?
A: Yes all plans/packages featured on Propeek are recurring and you will be billed monthly until you stop the subscription yourself.

Q: Can notifications be sent via text.
A: No, not at this time. All notifications are via e-mail.

Q: I’m not receiving the e-mail notifications that a photo was taken.
A: Check your spam folder. G-mail sometimes marks our e-mails as spam. Set a rule or make sure our e-mails coming from aren’t flagged as trash or spam.
